Undertale is proof you do not need AAA graphics to make people ugly cry. Toby Fox made an entire masterpiece basically by himself and the soundtrack alone has more emotional range than most big budget games combined. Megalovania gets all the hype but Hopes and Dreams into SAVE the World is the real peak.
